Fast 5 Terms & Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions relate to the joint promotion conducted by Bennett Springs Land Development Pty Ltd as Trustee for the Bennett Springs Land Development Unit Trust (the Developer) and B1 Homes (the Builder).
  2. The promotion consists of a $50,000 bonus comprising the following:
    1. $20,000 cash back at settlement of the land purchase provided by the Developer.
    2. $20,000 home upgrade provided by the Builder.
    3. $10,000 for fencing and landscaping provided by the Developer.
  3. The promotion components are inclusive of any applicable GST.
  4. The promotion applies to the last 5 lots available within stage 1 of the Bennett Quarter Estate in Bennett Springs being lots 420, 424, 425, 434 and 435.
  5. To qualify for the bonus a purchaser must:
    1. Enter into a contract to buy a nominated lot at Bennett Quarter Estate,
    2. Enter into a contract to build a home with B1 Homes, and
    3. Settle the lot by no later than 10th June 2023.
  6. Purchasers should review the land purchase contract and housing construction contract carefully to ensure it meets their requirements.
