Bennett Quarter Estate has been carefully planned to be a Transit Orientated Development (TOD), that prioritises pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use communities around transit hubs.

A short walk from Bennett Quarter will connect you with the extensive Morley to Ellenbrook line, which is part of the Perth Metronet project. The line is currently under construction, with the future Bennett Springs East Station right on the estate’s doorstep.

Commuting to Perth by train will soon be easy, with the expansive Malaga Station precinct with its 1,100 car park bays currently under construction as a major stop on the Ellenbrook Line.
