From July 1, the Federal Government’s First Home Loan Deposit Scheme (FHLDS) will have over 25 lenders offering financial support to assist eligible home buyers become homeowners sooner.
The FHLDS initiative allows first home buyers to purchase a home or a house and land package (up to $600,000 in W.A. as from 1 July 2022*) with as little as 5% deposit, with the Federal Government guaranteeing a participating lender up to 15% of the property value financed through an eligible first home buyer’s home loan.
Only 10,000 places available to eligible first home buyers.
Hurry, the First Home Loan Deposit Scheme is limited to 10,000 successful applicants across Australia per financial year, and only through participating lenders.
